Full priced items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit. After this period items are not able to be returned, after 30 days items are unable to be exchanged.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags/buttons attached

You pay for the shipping to return the item to us

Final Clearance and Sale items are not returnable, unless faulty.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for exchange on accessories.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will refund, replace or repair faulty items

When returning items back to us you will need to cover the cost of postage.

You can track your return via your chosen delivery service and see when it reaches our warehouse. Time frame depends on your chosen postage method.

Once we receive your return it takes up to 5 business days to process and credit you.

You will receive a confirmation email once your credit is applied.

Please contact us if you have not received your confirmation credit email within this timeframe.


If you would like to exchange an item, please email with your Order Number and preferred style/size for exchange and a copy of the PayPal receipt for return freight.

A $9.95 return freight fee is payable via PayPal to lilli@rubyandlilli.com for exchanges

Exchanges will not be sent until this payment is received.


If you return an item purchased through Afterpay or ZipPay, the normal process occurs. You will be credited and your Afterpay/ZipPay payments will continue until complete.
